Today I came across this WordPress plugin that can generate animated gifs showing the latest posts from your blog. Here is how it looks from my blog. You can change the image width, height, colors etc.. and there are lots of other options too. Read more about this plugin on my blog. http://www.themecritic.com/wordpress/specials/wordpress-plugin-to-generate-picture-from-posts.html And yes it won't be of much use here at DP for two obvious reasons - images in signature not allowed & DP already has an option to display the latest blog posts. But think of the other forums you visit. I think it is a nice way to promote your blog.
That's actually a really good idea. Good find! They could easily make a text version of that too for forums that don't allow images.
