Wordpress plugin problem

    heloo i am install wordpress script and install many wordpress plugins but when i am install All in one Seo pak plugin and activate give this error
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class All_in_One_SEO_Pack in /home/.../public_html/seo/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php on line 3

    please help me how to active this plugin

    well the problem usually occur like this when all the files are not uploaded. Upload all the files again, if it dont work then deactivate all plugin and then try

    my problem solved with all plugin deactivate and activate all plugin one by one
