WordPress Plugin Preview Themes. Where download?

    I'd like to know where I can download the plugin to download and preview wordpress themes.

    Something like it:
    http://www.nattywp.com/

    Where you have buttons to preview, download, quantity of downloads, quantity of visits, etc.

    May anyone help me ?

    You can hire someone to create a specific theme or plugin for yourself. Otherwise to make such a site now a days you can hire someone to make you a showcase theme and make sure you get it's manual to get started.
