Buying WordPress plugin modification

    I want to use ProPlayer WP plugin for my website, but it need's some modifications.

    Here is what I need:
    1) that if you have Facebook like button on site, and you like that post, the video tumbnail is shown on Facebook (for example look at this site http://spotlight.si/). This would also be if you share (paste the URL of video) on facebook.
    2) that you dont have to add videos into post's like that [pro-player]http://youtube.com/video_link[/pro-player] but you can just paste the link into post and insert letter V after http (example httpv://youtube.com/video-link). Smart YouTube has this function.
    3) After you do all this additional functions, it must be UPDATABLE! So when a new update is out, I can UPDATE this plugin and all my modifications remain!
    4) the look of video player
