WordPress Plugin for User Photo in Sidebar

    I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that adds a photo for a blogs contributors...

    I've seen some blogs that have the users photo on the side, sometimes within the post aswell.... Does anyone know of a plugin for this, and if your using it, please post a link to your blog.....
