Wordpress plugin for targeting location

Hi all

I wanted to ask is there a Wordpress plug in that can see location and language of visitor and than redirect him to correct website.

Example:
If I have original site for England and similar domain for Germany. Visitor from Germany tries to visit www.example.com and site redirects him to www(dot)example(dot)/com/Germany.

I hope I explained this well.
