Buying Wordpress plugin - fees table

    I need a plugin for wordpress that can calculate different fees. What I need is just the Exchange E-currencies table from here http://demo.auto-exchanger.com/
    And from the admin panel I should have a table in which I can set the different fees for different payment processors.
