Buying Wordpress Plugin/Extension to show dynamic dates

I am looking for a plugin or someone to design me a plugin. Where I can insert dates into the title of post, pages, and post. I need to be able to add a day to the date and different forms.

I would like to do this through shortcodes. I tried a few extensions/plugins out there, but their old, outdated, and did not work properly.
