Hi There I will get right to the point. I own a large wordpress premium plugin and make a few sales daily. My problem comes in as i dont have someone to handle my technical support. I get refunds if my support questions are not answered within a few hours. I am looking for someone who is excellent in English ( this is a must) Someone who can answer my support questions daily and be available ( this is a must) it will take 20 minutes each morning and maybe 10 minutes each afternoon. I need to be able to get hold of this person all the time and must be on my skype / msn they need to be extremmely procifient in php and wordpress and know how plugins work, the support required is technical.
