    Hi Nigel,

    Thank you for your time.

I created CF7 and configured it as well.
I am guessing its a settings issue.

    I installed 3 plugins:
    1. Contact Forms 7
    2. Download Monitor plugin
    3. Email Before Download plugin

Perhaps I need to adjust settings in CF7?

Yeah not having used that I would have to look but, at a glance you are missing this part...

As an option, you can configure Email Before Download to:
    1. Display a link to your file directly under the contact form once it is submitted. This happens dynamically, inline of your post/page.
    2. Send the user an email with a link and/or attachment to download your file.
    3. Both #1 and #2
Its in there somewhere, that is what its supposed to do in the first place. If using php to send the mail it should work fine.

    Also

In Mail settings in CF7 I have:

    To:
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Then I have for MessageBody:

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

That looks correct to me, I think you are just missing a setting somewhere.
