    Simple.

    Back up server files.

Back up the mysql database using the server software, usually phpMyAdmin.

Give the new owner the server files and mysql database. Use phpMyAdmin to import the database.

    As simple as that.

that's the problem, finding the correct database from multiple files is getting to be a hassle. Just wondered if there was an easier way :(

    thanks

You mean multiple databases? Who are you hosting with? This is another reason why you should name all files, directories and databases with a meaningful name;)
