I've been away from putting together websites for awhile but when I last did them I used a Wordpress/Genesis combo for most everything. I know that for indexing Wordpress is very strong...still... but If you are going to build sites for general, e-commerce etc etc, which platforms are best for indexing, css and html to serve both a pc as well as mobile? And to satisfy all of the browsers. Opinions? Thanks in advance!
