Buying Wordpress PHP Developer - Simple Plugin, Mobile Detect

    I would like a basic wordpress plugin developed

    what it needs to do is,

    ONLY on the index / home page, detect if the browser is iPhone, if it IS, redirect them to a specific, eg, /mobile.html

    On the /mobile.html

    it will display only basic HTML info, and a link "Visit Full site" - then it will redirect back to main site, and either set a cookie or session id or something so that they can visit the home page.

    I want it to test if a mobile device ONLY on the home page, not on any sub pages / urls within wordpress.

    I have built a mobile page, i just need you to build the wordpress plugin to do the test, redirect and then a way to call via the url not to display the "Mobile Splash page" again, eg, domain.com?showMobile=false
