    Ok I set my wordpress options to use this permalink:

    http://mydomain.com/2006/08/09/blog-topic-title/

    They say I have to put this in my httpaccess file

    Where can I find this file and where in the file must the code go..

    Make your htaccess writeable and it automatically does it for you.
