    Joomla is good if you are handy with this, but for for a beginner I would recommend wordpress.

    Making money via CJ solely depends on you. You can turn any platform into a money generating platform. Give both a try and see what converts more..

    Agreed. It does not a matter about platform you are using to generate money via affiliate network including CJ and more. You need 3 more things for success

    - Great quality content that convert.
    - Targeted visitor (SEO, PPC, Advertising, etc.)
    - Easy site navigation layout
