I have used both (still do). I've had positive results with both, but ultimately I prefer WordPress. I used the free version for the longest time so I can compare apples to apples with the free Blogger. WordPress was much easier to get back links, as I could comment on many more blogs in a short time to get exposure. Also, the paid version provides so many plugins and possibilities for effective SEO. I would recommend WordPress any time to anyone : )
Hands down Wordpress kicks bloggers butt in soooo many ways. Wordpress vs Blogger that's like comparing Tom Brady to Tim Tebow, and nobody has any real use for Tim Tebow..
Hi, Blogger is under the Google umbrella and of course will be in line with Google's strategic moves in the future. That includes commenting with Google plus accounts and any future integration. WordPress is a commercial venture. It’s a way for the kind souls who have put time, money and a whole load of effort into the open source and free-to-download WordPress blogging engine to make some money back. They do this by making it stupidly simple to set up and maintain a blog, while introducing some rather hefty limitations for experienced users.
As my experience about blogging I would like suggest Word Press, There lots of thinks for webmaster using plugins, Such it's help you and give a better plat from for your SEO Techniques as against Blogger. On Word Press such you have lots of choice with plugins and theme.
As per my opinion, working on WordPress would be a great option because WordPress brings you lot's of features especially the plugins deserves special mentioning. Lots of plugins are available which helps indexing your site post on search engine.
I would say wordpress simply based on the plugins, you can make your site massively seo friendly with many seo plugins, also as people are coming up with plugins on a daily basis wordpress will continue to become stronger and stronger
