Hi, I install a word press theme here: http://www.alesgroupe.info/. But all links are not working, they pointed to hosting company URL? Why this problem occured? Please help me to solve this problem! Thanks in Advance!
Somethings wrong with your permalinks, in other words the .htaccess file for your WP installation. Go to Settings > Permalinks > Follow the instructions to put into your .htaccess file. This is happening because the .htaccess is not configured properly, and the default 404 page is the hosts, which you should be able to change in your control panel
