    Due to some personal issues (college, et cetera), my partner and I are selling a majority of our sites. With that being said, we have one of these sites for sale in this thread.

    The G-Funk Era

    The G-Funk Era is a blog dedicated to the G-Funk music genre, which is a very popular form of Rap that was popular in the early to mid-1990's. It still enjoys success today. Many popular G-Funk artists include Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Warren G.

    This sale comes with the following items:

    - Content of THEGFUNKERA.COM (excluding theme).
    - Two domains (THEGFUNKERA.COM, YUNGTEXXUS.COM) registered at Namecheap.
    - MySpace account with 155 friends (none of which were automatically added).
    - Five new blog posts that will be made after the site has been sold.
    - List of websites as to where you can find content for the blog.
    - Zip archive of WordPress files along with database back-up.

    The statistics are down this month as we have been busy due to school and other events so please keep this in mind. Additional statistics can be provided upon request.

    For those who are curious (I had an instant message regarding this topic), the advertisements are currently done through AdToll. I'm sure that monetization could be higher with another publishing agency such as Google.
