Do you know what the searched keywords are for the google referrals?
Does the site have any obligations that need to be upheld, such as link trades, or paid advertisements, etc...?
Also, just so I have my information correct; a 200$ reserve means that's the minimum bid right, or is that a "buy it now"?

The majority of the searched terms relate to the fantasy football blog, i'd probably say 80% of traffic comes to that blog.

There are no obligations a new owner must meet, you can remove any links that appear on the site. (With exception of template links, unless you change the templates!)

$200 is the reserve price.

I don't have a BIN price but am open to offers. Thanks
