wordpress Meta Tags

    I want to customize my Football Blog header by posting Meta Tags manually or at least the single post should has its own Title, Description and Keywords like single post title "xyz abcd" not like that "xyz abcd | football blog"

    I need code to post on my blog, please suggest

    I personally use HeadSpace plugin to manage SEO of my blog. It provides you facility to update meta title, description etc for each and every post/pages.
