Hi, i have just started using Wordpress for a blog. Is there anywhere where you can change the website main meta description and keywords tag...or do you just make each post SEO friendly?

I just set up a WordPress blog and used this plugin for adding customized Description and Keywords meta tags. You can set up default meta tags as well as customized meta tags for your entry pages. It looks like it works pretty well.

I tried all the plugins, and I didn't like any of them.

I had the same problem, trying to get my headers to work the way I wanted to. I finally ripped this code off a header.php theme that I liked, and dropped it into the header.php template I wanted to use. I dropped it right after the <head profile>. Make a backup of your header.php file in case it doesn't work like you want it to. I am NOT a programmer, I just got lucky on a tweak.

Like I said, I'm not a programmer, and there may be some extra code in there, but it work great on my site. I also use the XFish plugin to control my Meta keywords. Hope this helps.
