I'm helping with my company blog. I get a lot of comments marked for moderation when they shouldn't. The problem is that we are behind a proxy at my work, so when people leave a blog comment from their work computer they all have the same IP address. I think wordpress thinks it may be spam because it will get 10 comments from different people for a post, but all of them have the same IP address. Is there anyway to white list this IP? I'm running Wordpress 2.7. It's going to get upgraded to the newest version next week sometime.
when conducting my tests i never had a problem spamming comments on my blog... are the comments not showing at all? I'm running the newest version btw and you should try to upgrade first as there were security flaws in the previous versions
