WordPress: Make 404 page return http code 200?

Is there any plugin or mod that would server the custom wordpress 404 page but return http status code 200. When I started one of my blogs I didn't care about prper url structure, later I restructured it but now I realized that all of the link juice is gone because of 404 I would like at least to point it all to the homepage.

 

sounds like you need to do a 301 redirect your pages using .htaccess
