Hi, I"m looking for magazine/portal website or something between; and i want to know for good magazine/portal wordpress themes... And is wordpress god for having portal/magazine site? (SEO friendly, user experience, managing the portal)

First, do you even know what a portal site is? Do you know what a magazine theme is? Do you know what a WordPress site is? If you want WordPress to act like a portal with a magazine theme, then yes, it is possible. Is there a theme that does that, probably not yet. You will have to have it designed for you, if you want the portal aspect. I think it would help if you explain in more detail of what you want to accomplish.
I am running a wordpress site with premium magazine theme. It works perfect. I can't say anything about Portal site as I have no experience dealing with them.
If you mean you want to make a magazine-style news or article site, then yes, WordPress is perfect for that since they are many gppd "magazine/news" themes (both free and paid). Search Google for "magazine/news wordpress themes" and try some demos.
