    2) getting problem to install any plugin directly from my dashboard, when i click on the ad new tab i got this message
No reason of extra cpu usage because getting hardly 300-400 visitors daily.

Use cache plugins (wp super cache or w3 Total cache), remove unneccessary plugins usage, remove ads (i know it is hard LOL).

It also depends on your webhost, i never had a complain about it from my host, i have 1000+ daily visitors.

installed the wp-cache last night, but still having same problem, i am facing this problem from last 2 days, not before this.
using just necessary plugins, akismet, xml sitemap generator, all in one seo, wp-cache, simple contatc, role manager, and article directory plugin.

I don't remember where I read the info, but it may have to do with your host and how much RAM they allow the database to use. If your host sucks, then they might not be set up well for Wordpress databases. Just google search for wordpress slow database. It can be a problem if your host has too many sites on the same IP or has a crappy MySQL database server.

    Hi!
I once had such problem. It was because of wp-cron plugin which comes with WP. Check it with your host support

check CPU THROTTLE option in your cPanel, if there is any, it also can give some info about the issue, it show latest processes on your host
