    Hello -

    I am selling this website I started back in September. I am getting out of the template selling business/internet marketing and focusing on my 'real world' business.

    This is an awesome and turnkey site that just needs to be marketed and advertised to the right audience (newbie internet bloggers/marketers). Adding a free ebook on blogging/marketing would sweeten the sales of the templates (just an idea).

    This is a great opportunity for a newbie startup. Everything works great, all you would need to do is plug in your paypal. I'll host it for a month or so until it can be moved.

    The templates were all created by me and all have the $3 price tag. They are all original designs and you can license them as you like.

    Traffic mainly comes from forum signature traffic from another popular internet marketing forum. I usually sell about 2 templates a month, although this month I haven't sold any...yet.

    I haven't really done any link building or marketing of the site as I just don't have the time.

    If you're interested in detailed traffic stats, PM me and I can give you the login information for the awstats so you can see it for yourself.
