Okay, so I want someone to do the following: * Find a wordpress theme for me, modify it (create a logo for the header.php file, tweaking the theme a bit, etc). * Make the theme show a static page as the homepage * Add a welcome area to the top of the homepage (below the logo) * Next is a featured posts area. showing ONLY featured posts. * The theme should then display any Wordpress post categories on the homepage (with category images), with 2 random posts from each category, with a thumbnail (excerpt only, not full content). * Then a news area (showing posts from a category 'news' only) * Add an about page (with info) and a Contact us page (with a form) * Add 6 blog posts (news style), relating to building/construction (I can provide sources if you need help with topics!). You will need experience with Wordpress theme editing, graphic design experience, and also be able to either write content for the homepage and about pages, or know someone that can do this for you.
