Buying Wordpress Javascript issue

    I am trying to implement the plugin here : http://tinyurl.com/pbnfwlj to be implemented into my wordpress website : http://tinyurl.com/qd2xdee. I am following the instructions on the install page but face an error. Need an expert to debug and fix the issue.

    The error on console is : Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function

    I believe this may due to be a conflict somewhere. Please check and let me know how you would approach this issue.
