Buying Wordpress issue +ongoing WP/jquery work

    I'm looking for and individual or team to create WP themes, customise WP Themes and create/edit plugins

    Also some routine WP maintenance/troubleshooting such as current problem:

    When updating a file in Appearance => Editor I get the following error (no known upgrades in last few weeks)

    Any help most welcome :)

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/theme-editor.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
