Wordpress installation help

I was trying to install WP on my server but got freeplaces.info/wp-admin/install.php error page...kindly help pls.
the location where i want to install: public_html>subdirectory
pls guide me

open config.php(using front page or notebook w/e) and add your database, username, password, host can stay as local host, unless your hosting with custom cpanels like powwebs.com then you need to use username.powwebs.com if i remember correctly, the areas you fill in should be the very first lines you see and have the words "username" "passnword", you need to replace them. If it doesnt work still check your password you used on the database you made, if it still dont work the make a ready installed blog at www.choseit.com or wordpress.com . . . both advertsing free and save you hassle
