Wordpress Installation Error

    Hello friends I have error in adding database host name, user name, password and all that. I have make changes in wp-config.php
    But still error comes when I am enter Click Here (http://free-e-filetaxreturn.com/wp-admin) on the browser the it will redirect me on the following url:

    Click Here OR

    http://free-e-filetaxreturn.com/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=/wp-admin/

    Query:
    1. How to set wordpress blog on my domain,
    2. when I write www.mydomain.com/wp-admin......then it should be admin panel of wordpress.
    3. How to add theme (wp only)

    You definitely correctly inputed the right details to your mysql database? I could do it for you if you want?

    1. Download the latest wordpress from wordpress.com. Use any ftp software and upload it to your root folder.

    2. It will be there by default

    3 Download the desired theme and upload it to your theme folder inside wordpress.

    the error message is clear.
    either your DB username/password is incorrect or your host's database server is down.

    The DB info is wrong just like the error tells you.
    Make sure the user/DB/pass info is correct and that the DB has full rights to the user.

    After read your million dollar comment, I would say
    There's no any error in database, host name, password, server name etc...I have make little path change (see below pic)

    I have host blog through hosting wordpress application.
    This Blog on Click here or e-fileforfree.net/blog
    But I want to this blog on my root domain: e-fileforfree.net

    Now what are other things that I need to make change:

    Note: I am working on wordpress installation on root domain for few days. I have add all copy for file contain in /blog path to root directory but it didn't work. So what should I do.

    I take it you just uploaded to your hta acess file or to the root directory.
