Selling Wordpress Installation Business Website For Sale $1000

How the site works?

Well i offer a full installation service of wordpress, with the option of free theme install to match the customers niche needs.
I advertised on digital based forums, usually the top ten, I currently only have one advert still active on Warrior. Yet I'm still receiving orders from Warrior & also word of mouth from customers, with added purchases from existing customers. With a little SEO and marketing this site will do very well.

Once an order is placed through paypal, i contact the buyer and send them the necessary information.
Within the information sent i have a form to be filled out on a ready made template. Then I ask that they return back to myself, with a turnaround of up to 48 hours for completion.

The work takes anything between 5 mins or up to 1 hour depending on each customers preferences.

Im recieving on average 3 sales a day at present, which i normally have done with in a maximum of 3 hours.

I supply a demo site from the gazzette woo theme which is very user friendly and very adaptable, You could easily add more demos if you wished, this is what i planned to do but i dont have the time. There is massive scale for this website with so many additions that can be added and other wordpress theme setups. Plus you can also add your own hosting plans or add a link to hostgators affiliate program who offer $100 for a referral. Ive just added this option to my email template and i know will be another income stream to the business

I have currently just set up affiliates on my email template which send to each customer automatically after purchase, with links for domain,hosting & themes.

Where is the traffic coming from??

 

Most of the traffic was generated by digital based forums in advertisements, support forums and many others for email submission which which was free & only used up a day of my time.
Once purchased a full description will be presented,to replecate the same income for yourself.

After some thought, i wont be showing a screenshots of traffic sources as i believe this would be detrimental to the sale of this website.

 

I've had a lot of emails asking for a payment scheme, most Dp users have asked if they can pay a certain amount now and the remaining amount apon reflected profits made from the month of September in this threads advert.
I agree and have decided that i will offer the site for $600 now which means hosting set up, pushed domain and complete set up, and $400 apon profits made. Which should take me within 3 weeks.

I see the demo site is a health related site. Where does all the content come from? Do you actually put all that into the site also?
What if their niche was say computer parts. Do you then make a site specific to that?

 

No you wont have to find the content. Although again thats another idea to add to the site, make a small mark up and pass the work out for content.
You'd basically be offering a wordpress installtion service. With the added benefits of a good adaptable theme,. So if you did have a computer parts based site yes you would simply add the affiilaite adverts header and pictures. You wont be caught out by customers asking for content, as if you see the advert on wordpressinstallations, i dont mention this in the service. Only whats being advertised.
