    Hey guys

I am working on improving my URL structures and I've been reading that including the main category for a post in the url as a folder so something like: http://www.site.com/cat/post/ is better than http://www.site.com/post/

What do you guys think? Have you noticed a difference with ranking/traffic if you were to change?

And finally, how abouts would I do a change like that without affecting my rankings and SERPs?

    Cheers guys :D

IT's better without the "cat" part. shorter url's are beter for SEO. :)
