Hey All, As you can see the site www.webmasterspalace.com has a blog in the there, how does one do this? Someone has done this for me, but since then hasn't been online and now I just want to know how to do it! With wordpress that is. Kind Regards, Klaas Koopman
hey KK check this out... http://www.paintlessdentrepairtricks.com/ i just put that together the other day for my client. at first i was so lost. everything looked like chicken scratch but then it came together...all the bits and pieces to it. if you wanna know how pm me...i'll give you instructions. i don't like people coming in and saying simple 2 liners saying...go here and dl this and then do that and etc... yea...no. you can directly email me to...i actually wrote down step for step exactly what i need to do. but before you do...get your domain set up at wordpress. go there and click on "Get a Wordpress Blog Now"...once you sign up, get to know that cms some...dashboard being the main home page...write is where you write your blogs, etc...just get familiar with it and then pm me for instructions.
sure...in the meantime...find someone to help me with my problem lol one thing i dislike about wordpress...actually there are a few... but anyways...tech support. a 24/7 tech support online or on the phone would be great. obviously there are a ton of bugs and issues people have and they could be making a killing off support. but you have to rely on posting blogs in there support channel at www.wordpress.org. i could be wrong but there are some pages that are difficult to navigate. i just need a dang number so i can call them! oh btw...404 error...i just saw in there forums...it's a BIG BUG that alot of people seem to get. i got it too and it's bugging me.
btw... message me instead of pm-ing me if you can..if not...cool. aim: kenjee3268 msn messenger: benjdawg@hotmail.com yahoo messenger: benjijaded123@yahoo.com alright i'm going to bed...late
Actually the webmasterspalace website has its own domain name, and own server hosting, and then the owner installed WordPress in the server. I guess you could also sign up at wordpress for a subdomain eg yourblog.wordpress.org but if you are thinking about getting a professional looking address, I suggest you purchase your own domain first, then install WP in it.
my44 isn't that what my site has? if so how do I log in or whatever, cause i'm really lost with this weblog!
