Wordpress Image Plugin

If you place your mouse arrow on one of the red hyperlinks under "We Recommend", an image pops up.

Is there a wordpress plugin that would allow me to do the same?

 

Anyone know how to do this?

 

looks like it is CSS tweak not a plugin.

 

Have you seen a ready solution that I could use to implement it on my site?

That is just marked up with a bunch of messy code. The image is further getting scaled on the fly with whatever they have going on in resize.php.

I frankly would not advise doing that. At least in that manner.
