To explain myself ive been reading solidly recently regarding affiliate marketing, ppc etc and from what i understand using blogs for this purpose especially wordpress seems a choice. I understand that different types of niches in the affiliate world will be promoted differently, different approaches and styles for landing pages depending on the products or services. But say for products, would i be correct in feeling that wordpress is almost an ideal choice for putting together landing pages for products? The reason im asking this also is because regarding quality score i read that having about us, privacy policy, terms, contact us pages etc are important and googles prefers content included and well im thinking all of that is pretty straight forward with wordpress. Do you use wordpress and if you do, any layout tips, plugins used that you would recommend while using wordpress for landing pages?
Hello pipes, Personally I believe that WordPress is only a good option when you promote a clickbank offer. So my point is, based on what you do, you can choose the appropriate option. Personally I wouldn't ever use WordPress for zip submit offers, so its up to you and your offer Cheers Olgi
Hi Olgi, thanks for your reply, so would you not use it for promoting actual products? (non digital) for example a dvd player, toy, household product...
Those kind of products would suit much better in a BANS script rather than WordPress. If Im not mistaken I have read before about a WordPress plugin which transforms your WordPress in a store system but I have to find it EDIT: I found the link http://www.problogger.net/archives/...ress-installation-into-a-working-online-shop/
Dear pipes, I believe in Good design+targeted reading/content and good placement of affiliate banner/ads.. that is why I choose wordpress to enhance my site.. you can take a look at it at www.bestuninstaller.net and let me know what you think cheers!
