Wordpress: How to enable comments under blog posts?

I have a new WP 2.5.1 blog and when comments are posted they do not post under the original blog post, they are under the "comment" link at the top of the blog post.

How can I get the comment posts to show up under the original blog post on the same page?

    Thanks,

    :D

Just call the comment function underneath the words you want it to appear. You have to edit your comment.php or single/post.Php for this.

I want to make it easier for users/visitors to comment on each blog posts by having the "comment" section beneath the actual blog post itself instead of having to click on the comments link above the blog post.

Alot of newspaper sites have this enabled this way to comment on their stories.

Yes. I want the comments section(the box to enter comments and the latest comments) for that particular blog post to be below that blog post.

Not sure but, you'll have to call comment function right after the content in index.php

By default the comments will appear on your blog.
