Wordpress . . . Hide post category from author . . .

    I would like to exclude a specific category from being visible in the dashboard from ALL USERS except admin, or even just my own user profile id is fine too.

    but i have a featured category i dont want anyone posting in except me, so when logged in I dont want that specific category to be able to be selected when writing a post THANKS !
