So I had a theme (Newsroom) for my site working for a long while, and today for some reason it started acting up. None of the theme's styles was showing up, and when I checked "style.css" was blank. So I went ahead and copied and pasted the stylesheet from the original file that came with the theme. While it fixed some of the visual issues on the dashboard (like the icon of the theme) it did not fix the website itself. It almost looks like it's not reading the style.css file when opening up the website. The whole website is now a mess. Please help. The website link is here.
By the way, I cannot disable/switch/delete the theme because there are way too many customizations that were made to the theme that will be lost. Otherwise I would have reinstalled the theme by now. And I have also tried disabling all the plugins and even creating a new htaccess file (not sure if that affects it).
Did you manage to fix that? I would probably suggest a few things but it doesn't look terribly broken. Nigel
It seems like somehow I fixed it. Not sure what did it, because it takes SO long for the effects to show up. I clear the cache, clear everything on the browser but the changes don't appear. So not sure what fixed it. But what changes did you have in mind, Nigel?
