Wordpress Help

    Just sold one of my wordpress websites, and its been like two years since i've sold a website. How Do I go about backing up both files and databases?

    Any help appreciated,

    Do you have PHPMyAdmin? Export all your SQL files and send them to the new owner. Also download all files from the website and send it to the owner (for eventual plugins, the theme etc.)

    if you have cpanel then its easy to do:
    log in to your cpanel and click on backup there you can backup your home directory and also take teh backup of database

    and then login in to new cpanel and restore these backups...

    I've got the sql database now, but do I do a backup of the site or is there another way to download the files?
