Buying Wordpress header re-design

    Hello,

    I have an anime watching online website using wordpress and I would like to redesign it's Header because it's really cr*p.

    I would like a designer but NOT any kind of designer unless he has this kind of Anime designing taste. in other word, I want a header that fits with the website look.

    Payment will be after I see the design or at least when it's 80% completed.
