Buying Wordpress Header Needed - Will pay $350

    I need a designer that can create a header like http://streak.espn.go.com/en/entry?date=20100422 . No coding required, just design.

    Job will be given to the person that has a portfolio that has an example of a past design like what I'm looking for.

    My designer can surely do that and much cheaper than $350, be Monday before I could likely have him finish it though.

    I went with $350 because the full PSD designs I pay for are $1000+ with most of the cost in the header. I know it's a lot of money, but I'm going to expect a designer to invest time and deliver really good quality :)
