Wordpress Header - Logo integration (Simple) Easy $10 via PayPal

I need to integrate a JPG picture logo into the header/background of a word press theme here:

The logo is this one:

(I know the logo is big. Suck at photoshop so you'll have to re size it to fit)

What I am looking for is the logo integrated into the header/top of the background in a way that fits (The theme is to be used for a local bar).

$10 fast and easy, I am not 'super picky' but need a few suggestions.

Thanks guys! I will 'mock integrate' the backgrounds you sent into the wordpress template, and decide within 2-3 days, at what point the winner will be contacted via PM, and the money sent via PayPal.
