Wordpress? Goods and bads?

    Hello all. I've looked around on here for a bit and thought I would ask about wordpress. If I understand it right, it is basically a PHP based blog platform for use on a website. If my company were to set up a wordpress with links to our site, would it help or hurt or seo rankings? And if any of you use the software religeously, I would love to hear feedback from you all!! Thanks!

    If you set up blog and link to main website it can help. You have to work on blog just like website and get it Ranked to help.
