WordPress footer widgets

Hello to All,
I have added INSTRAGRAM on footer widgets and its shown on statistic pages but it not shown on blog page.

I have been trying to solve this issue for many days but could not get any exact point. I really need your help to solve this issue to make this site completed.

What is your website URL?
What code do you use to display the Instagram widget in the first picture?

Here is the URL (for statistic page) dtokarev.com/biography (for blog) dtokarev.com/blog/

 

I can see the widget on both pages.

 

I do not see it on the blog page, or any specific blog pages. You could try this plugin and see if it helps - http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/. You can limit what widgets are shown on certain pages.

I am using Google Chrome...browser could have conflicts.
