Wordpress Featured Image Problem

When I want to share any post of my blog to Social Media like Facebook or Google+ it doesn't show the exact Featured image of my blog post, its showing another image from another post.
I've changed theme but same problem happens. Any solution please ?

If i cant find solution within 24 hours, i try alternative or skip that issue considering this is not a problem

Your website have og:meta problem. Which is for social sharing. You have to set social sharing options correctly. Then use facebook developer tool and fetch it again. Hope this will help you to fix the probelm.
