Wordpress Fatal Error Please help

    Hello Guys,
    I made an autoblog and after evrything was done, I went to the wordpress settings page and there was error with wp-cache. It asked me to chmod the wp-content to 777. I did that and then it asked me to write a code in wp-config.php file. I did that and uploaded the file back. After that when i tried to go to my site, i am getting this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/user/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    I removed the code that entered in wp-config.php file and then also still get the error.

    Please help me to solve this error.

    if not, we can install it perfectly for you.
    Do you have a root access?
