hello guys i had created a wordpress blog on shared hosting , when i started it was fine running , but now it using 50% of shared cpu usage , my site have only 50 users online at a time hardly 50 users. any solution to fix this problem?
If you are using any of the plugins then kindly disable all your plugins and see to your server again is it overloading and if its not then might be due to some plugins... hope this helps...
Infogle is right, it's often caused by plugins. However, don't rule out suspicious traffic coming/going out of your site. Image hotlinking or file leeching can also cause your problem.
I suggest you install WP-Super Cache. Once you installed this plug-in, your CPU usage will dramatically reduce.
Must be the plugins, try disabling them and enable them one by one to check which plugin is giving you the issue.
This should have been here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=51 It may be plugin or a problem with your theme.
Plugins are notorious killers...so deactivate the ones you don't use, or don't use much. Just stay with the guts. Also, look into WP-Cache.
