You can fix this yourself..if you can access your admin page you can get rid of the offending code..use bing webmasters and use the crawl issues system..it'll tell you where any and all malware is..just locate it and delete it permanently. This just happened to me and I fixed it myself.
hey cinema, thanks for the advice but the changes will need to be made in database from phpmyadmin as the hosting has taken the blog offline. Still looking because people who contacted me have been banned from DP.
