You will just be keeping the demo text and things the same as once you get the final design of it we will get the content created to fit where you designed things at. So basically just tweak the theme a little bit, trim up to be a basic 5 page site, ensure the forms are working correctly, and make sure each of the internal 5 pages are formatted correctly and look professional and it is mobile friendly.
